ZenKimchi Travel Agency Partner Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Partnership Agreement
By submitting the registration form, you agree to become a partner of ZenKimchi Experiences. As a partner, you will receive a personal affiliate code that grants 15% off every booking made by your clients using this code.

2. Commission Structure

  • Base Discount: You will receive a 15% discount for every booking made using your personal affiliate code.
  • Performance-based Increase: Your discount percentage may increase based on both the number of bookings and the monetary value of total bookings made in a given year with a maximum 25% discount.

3. Booking Process

  • The affiliate code provided to you can be used by your clients to book any ZenKimchi Experiences tour.
  • Tailored Private Tours: Pricing for these tours is provided by ZenKimchi as a proposal that the agency agrees upon. The pricing for Tailored Private Tours is not included in the affiliate code system.

4. Code Usage

  • The affiliate code is non-transferable and must be used by clients referred directly by you.
  • ZenKimchi is typically whitelisted by travel agencies, meaning agencies do not need to actively promote ZenKimchi; they simply offer our tours as part of their portfolio.

5. All-Inclusive Tours

  • For all-inclusive tours, food, drinks, and transportation are included in the price.
  • For Tailored Private Tours, these costs are not included in the affiliate code and are proposed to the agency on a case-by-case basis.

6. Reservation and Cancellation Policies

  • All tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations or changes to bookings are subject to ZenKimchi’s Cancellation Policy.

7. Marketing and Promotion (Optional)

  • If you choose to promote ZenKimchi Experiences, you must follow ZenKimchi’s branding guidelines. If not, ZenKimchi is considered a whitelisted supplier for your agency, and there is no obligation for you to actively promote our brand.

8. Termination of Agreement

  • ZenKimchi reserves the right to terminate this partnership if any terms are violated.
  • Either party can terminate the partnership at any time with written notice.

9. Liability and Indemnification

  • ZenKimchi Experiences maintains liability insurance to cover any incidents or accidents that may occur during our tours. We are not liable for any personal injury, damage, or inconvenience that is not covered by our insurance.
  • By participating in this program, you agree to indemnify and hold ZenKimchi harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your actions.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • All personal data provided will be handled in accordance with ZenKimchi’s privacy policy, in compliance with applicable laws.
