They love you. You worked hard to implant the idea they need to get away from promoting court food. I love the obligatory cut to fat ass Americans stuffing burgers down their throats and then cut to the skinny Korean family.

Ummm…Why am I crossed out? I’m in the thing for about 5 seconds.

Gotta love how even in the “foreigner” section, there is room for a K-ajumma style line: “He lost weight” and the riff on the nutritional value of K-food. Especially the clapping of hands, at the vegetable consumption part, haha! Even though EJ looks quite young, that was a spot-on impression of my Mom! (I’m a Kor-American) Great documentary and I love the site. Keep up the awesome work.

First time visiting this blog and I have to say keep up the great work. I can really see that you’ve got such passion and discipline to keep this blog going.

Also, I’m always a sucker for seeing a white guy speak better Korean than me.

Ha, ha, ha! Thanks David. It’s all in the theatrics.

If it wasn’t for working in Pyongtaek, I’d turn into a Kangwan-do ajjussi. Living in a log cabin up in the mountains running some motorcycle camp/resort where drunken jackassery would ensue and much korean food would be eaten. I think my wife would protest and want to leave here sometime back to the states.
