Bette Midler Made Kimchi

My mom had Regis and Kelly playing in the background at home.  Bette Midler was subbing for Regis, and the topic meandered to the internet.  Bette said she wasn’t an expert on the internet but that it was “a great tool.” She said she had learned to make kimchi through the internet and then went into preacher mode about how wonderful kimchi was.

I think it’s safe to say that when Bette Midler says you’re wonderful, you’ve made it.  I wonder which recipe she used.
