Glad you reviewed Gringos! The guys who run it are as nice as can be, and their burritos are deliciously convenient. I, for one, am a big rice fan (a la Chipotle) but maybe I’ll try extra bean next time. I love the tofu one, and my boyfriend loves the chorizo. We eat the chorizo ones for dinner or lunch sometimes, because anytime is a good time for chorizo!

Looks good for a frozen burrito! Rice in burritos is certainly something done heavily in the Americas – now even fast food shops like Moe’s and Chipotle are heavy rice users (saves them money on meat) – but even traditional California-style Mexican places on Mission St. in San Francisco serve it up this way (although loaded with way more ingredients).
