New Korean Rising Star in NYC?

New York Magazine has an article featuring the new restaurant Persimmon, headed by Momofuku alum Youngsun Lee. The relaxed restaurant has a prix fixe menu ($30-$60 range) that revolves around one ingredient, emphasizing traditional Korean food.

Kimchi Jjigae is trendy. Whoda thunk?
