There’s an article at CattleNetwork.com adding more details on the first U.S. beef shipment to be accepted in South Korea in three years. If you’re wonky about stuff like that (as I am) it details which producers this beef came from and the tests the beef has to go through before export.

Hi, i will be visiting seoul in sept 07 and i’ll be staying at the Sofitel Ambassador hotel. I always wanted to try dog meat and i have no clues about finding a restaurant that sells these.
