It’s back!
It’s becoming a summer tradition for Hite to introduce their special hops beer. This year the hops are again from New Zealand. I’m also tasting a bit of a difference this year. Not the best but getting better.

Marginally better. There is a faintly hoppy smell and taste, but calling this “special hop” is almost like calling me “special tall” (I’m 5’5″ or 165cm). Would I buy this before any other Korean beer in the market: definitely. Would I buy just about any pale ale in the world before it: almost certainly.
