- Charlie's Hot Dog Grill

Review Summary:
The owner's name isn't Charlie, but that don't matter. He makes good simple hot dogs with the toppings of your choice. No glopping on of cloyingly sweet sauces, cabbage, and random objects that shouldn't go near a hot dog (all too prevalent in Korea). Hot dogs aren't candy, man! Charlie's toasts their buns and cook their weenies New York style. They have chili, onions, yellow mustard without the honey, and new toppings are on their way. It's a statement of simplicity in a city where the tendency is to throw ingredients on foods to hide their shittiness. It's a one-man operation, so don't be in a rush.
