  1. Hmm.. it looks messy but im sure it tastes nice. i remembered having something like that (spicy, with ramyun + rice cake+ egg) when i went to Seoul. It was cheap meal but nice.
    Do you mind telling me how to make the soup base?

  3. There’s really not much of a soup base. It’s gochujang, a little dwinjang, and you can make a quick dashi, or fish/seaweed stock, which is the stock used in most Korean soups. Eun Jeong showed me a method of getting more flavor out of the gochujang by frying it in the pan for a while before adding liquid.
