It's Gettin' Spicier

An article in the Chosun Ilbo English edition states that food in Korea is getting spicier, especially in the past five years, according to Dr. Ku Kyung-hyung.


The head researcher at the Korea Food and Nutrition Foundation believes it’s because of the Asian financial crisis a decade ago. Go figure.
