Blasphemy! I’ve never mixed kimchi & cheese and I’m not going to start now. I’ll stick with kimchi pajun- it’s got kimchi, it’s flat, it’s crispy.
If I had put cheese on my kimchi, bibimbap or dakkalbi “back in my day”, they would have deported me! LOL!
