Galbi Jeongol with Goji Berries. I was skeptical at first, but this turned out to be amazing. Hanu beef ribs in a soup with fine mushrooms, ginseng, and these tart goji berries. It was astringent, sweet, deeply savory. The broth I will remember forever.
