Food Week Korea, the most well-known food show in the country – promises a schedule packed full of more not-to-be-missed contents at Coex, Seoul, from November 18th to 21st 2015.
Food Week Korea 2015 will see Korea’s top bakery exhibition, the Seoul International Bakery Fair (SIBA) co-located alongside Food Week Korea, since 2013. Guests will now be able to explore every aspect of the food and beverage industry, from raw ingredients, to machinery, furniture, packaging, drinks, and desserts, all under one roof.
In its last edition, Food Week Korea saw 833 companies showcasing goods from 28 countries around the world to an estimated 45,000 buyers and visitors. This year, more than 1,000 domestic and overseas food and beverage related businesses will exhibit across 1,800 booths.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Food Week Korea 2015 will also feature various concurrent events such as food symposiums, vendor seminars, interactive workshops and demonstrations, and a live cooking show featuring star chefs.
