Jeannie Cho Lee, the first Asian Master of Wine and a Seoul native, will be hosting a special dinner at the Park Hyatt Seoul, pairing wines with Korean cuisine. She’ll also be talking about her new book Asian Palate, which explains how wines can match Asian foods. The 5-course meal includes matching wines and a copy of Ms. Lee’s book all for 150,000 KRW.
