Review Summary:

"Big Kev" Cyr started Chili King as a street food cart in Itaewon.  He then opened a small restaurant. Now's he's opened an even bigger one.  The namesake chili is indeed the king of chilis in Seoul (though a Texan purist may disagree).  The burgers are hearty, and he even includes chili dogs.  The jovial conversation with Kev while he cooks, along with the best playlist in Seoul, is well worth the trip.

UPDATE: Big Kev has since sold his stake to his partner, so some changes have been made. The most noticeable is the music. The beloved classic '80s and early '90s mix has been replaced with more current music. Some new items have been added, like spinach dip with veggies and fried dill pickles. The burgers taste the same, but the coleslaw is missing its unique dill quality. Thus, I'm changing the ratings.
