We understand that circumstances change, and we do our best to accommodate cancellations. Generally, here are our cancellation rules:
- Cancellation 4 or more days before event receives full refund
- Cancellation of 2-3 days before event receives 85% refund
- Cancellation one day before event receives 50% refund
- Cancellation on day of event or failure to show up to event receives no refund
- If you wish to postpone to another date we can accommodate you at a date when we are conducting the same tour at no cost
- If you receive a group discount and all but one cancels, your last ticket is changed to a single ticket at the single ticket rate. Your booking will be considered unpaid and back to unconfirmed until you can work out the difference.
